A: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after they are processed.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Orders under $500 may include a calculated shipping fee at checkout.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship across the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

A: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
